We use the restaurant name, city, country, contact details and optional application details to respond and arrange connection. Statistics record language, device type, views, actions and active viewing time. Cookies link visits within a browser.

Your data is used solely to contact you about connecting to and using SmartNFC.

We do not share it with third parties or use it for spam, marketing mailings or purposes unrelated to SmartNFC. Only staff who need it to process your request and configure the service can access the data.

Applications are removed by scheduled cleanup 12 months after submission. Detailed activity history is kept for up to 12 months; aggregate counters may be kept longer. Form drafts stay only in the open page’s memory. Technical server logs may contain IP addresses; backups are managed separately.
