Privacy Notice

SmartNFC uses a random browser identifier and minimal technical data to operate waiter calls, protect the service from misuse, and prepare restaurant statistics.

We do not ask for names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or precise location. Raw anonymous visitor records are retained for up to 90 days; short action history is limited to two hours and the latest 20 actions. Anonymous daily statistics contain no device identifier and may be retained longer.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal data processed by the service.
